I spent a lot of time yesterday reading up on the Google/Zenter deal and read a lot of prognostications, most of which barely scratch the surface.  Once again, the best post by far is Jim Forbes – read his post entitled “Full PowerPoint Capabilites Come to Google Web-Based Apps– But Don’t Count Microsoft Out, Just Yet”  A quick sample:

What Zenter lacks in recognition among business and other categories of users, it makes up in a feature set that was designed from the outset to be web-based and to develop presentations that incorporate dynamic web-based data and which most of all an be put to use by multiple users without a steep learning curve.
